600 Liters Amphora

The 600 Liters amphora by Sirio can be used for both wine making and refining.
The small size and low weight allow to handle it with ease thanks to the practical tipper we designed, patented and proposed as accessory.

Our microporous ceramic is programmable through the mix mixture and the cooking temperature to obtain two different ceramic grains, as in the choice of wood.

Our microporous ceramic doesn’t give third-party flavors to wine.
