There are a lot of wine makers who are looking for a different kind of vinification, nor wood nor cement. That’s the reason why sombody revaluate the ceramic, a simple naturale material comparable to wood. Ceramic doesn’t release any flavors.

By amphora vinification you can obtain a particular wine, with less external contaminations and surely un unforgettable wine.

We make three different kinds of handmade ceramic amphoras. The classic “Amphora 500” and the two new format: “Egg” and “Golden Section”.

These new formats have been designed to research shapes and natural energies since ancient times they are an imoprtant part in man’s life.
